está pendiente una solicitud de extradición, podría salvarse de los procesos judiciales
gracias al beneficio de la prescripción.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Roth Chassin, y el comandante (r) del Ejército Jesús Zamudio Aliaga, procesado
por la fuga de Montesinos a Panamá.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

motivos por el que muchos de estos casos se encuentran a punto de prescribir se
debe a la inacción del gobierno de Alan García, quien en la práctica
desarticuló las procuradurías anticorrupción, al reducir su presupuesto y el
personal que trabajaba en ellas.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
